Shipping and returns

Nexora Tech sells tech accessories in euros. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Delivery

We ship to Italy and to the countries available at checkout. Any shipping costs, delivery methods, and estimated delivery times are shown before you confirm your order.

After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If tracking is available, we will send it once your order has shipped.

Right of withdrawal

For online purchases made by consumers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery, without giving any reason.

To request a return, email us at somichatgpt@gmail.com with your order number, name, and the product you purchased. We will send you return instructions.

Products should be returned complete, undamaged, and, where possible, in their original packaging. Unless otherwise stated, or unless the product is defective or not as described, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

After we receive and check the returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method. If your product is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue.
