Legal guarantee

Products sold by Nexora Tech to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity required under Italian and European consumer rules.

If a product is defective, does not match its description, or is not fit for normal use, contact us at somichatgpt@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and, where possible, photos or video.

Where required by law, you may ask for the product to be brought into conformity, for example through repair or replacement. If this is not possible, or if the proposed solution causes significant inconvenience, a price reduction or refund may apply under the applicable rules.

The legal guarantee does not limit any additional rights that may be provided by a separate commercial warranty, if one is offered.
